Hi! New forum, so I thought I'd make a new thread for the band I play in!

There's no major news at the moment—we're working on songs for a new album—but one of my favorite music writers interviewed me for her excellent Substack and I'm excited enough about it to post about it here!!

Not The Family Ghost, but related:

I have a solo track on this superlative compilation of Memphis artists that benefits victims of the genocide in Gaza.

My Family Ghost bandmate Robert and I each have remixes on this expanded reissue of Dinosauria's excellent 36/5 album. Highly recommended if you like ambient guitar!

We're also working on new Family Ghost material, which I know everyone is just clamoring for!

On the off chance that anyone is reading this and in Memphis, three members of The Family Ghost are in a ten-piece scrap-metal-and-synthesizer ensemble that will be performing an original score as live accompaniment to a screening of The Terminator at the Crosstown Arts movie theater at 7:00 tomorrow night!
