Inside of Chicago, outside of Chicago? Doesn't matter. Post it here. I'll try to keep the list updated at the top of this thread for folks checking it out for the first time.
Note - this should be for gigs you're playing. I'm also stoked for the Michael Rother gig in March, but let's keep this focused on what members of the community are organizing.

Tomorrow night (1-23-2025) our band Three Grebes will be playing with Floating Cave and the Gabe Heinemann Quartet at Elastic Arts in Chicago. Starts at 8:30. Should be really lovely night!
The night after that (1-24-2025) we'll be at Rozz Tox in Rock Island, IL with Floating Cave and Bob Bucko Jr. My favorite club to play in the USA.
And finally, on 1-25-2025, we'll be at Bell's in Kalamazoo with Overly Polite Tornadoes and Hopie Jo.
If we haven't met and you're at a show, please introduce yourself! I like meeting people in person vs. on the internet.

I’m playing tonight (Sunday 1/26) with Weird Weather at Hole In the Wall in Austin. We go on at 10:00.
HITW is one of the best sounding rooms in Austin these days. They got a new system a few months back, and the sound gal, Lydia, commands it with expertise. Always a treat to play there, even if there’s not much of an audience.
Weird Weather is a new-ish band I’m in with my friends LeeAnn and Beth. LeeAnn has been a fixture in the Austin scene since the early 80’s. She’s played in a bunch of different bands. She used to be Ed Hall’s manager. She shreds on the guitar and has an amazing voice. Beth is relatively new to drums, and it’s been fun to watch her progress. She played in a couple of four-on-the-floor punk bands before playing with us. She took to playing drums a few years ago when her teenage son started playing and there was a set in the house.
We don’t have anything out, yet. There’s a band from England with the same name that has stuff on Bandcamp, but that’s not us.

Future Living doing our official "record release" party at Bell's in Kalamazoo with BEATRIX and the newer-to-me SHAI-LI. 3/29/25.
Daddy's Boy will also have something happening in March - details still TBD, but 3/24 or thereabouts.

I got to catch a few WW tunes when I was in Austin a couple weekends ago and really enjoyed what I heard! I look forward to when y'all get some stuff on Bandcamp.
