Half the set, but the best footage of them I've seen in quality and performance. Hamilton's singing up a storm on Unsung, which is kind of weird to hear.

Terrible audio, but at CBGS's just before Betty was recorded.

I return to this from time to time. Steve is so young and he seems hella immortal.

I went to that tour.

I’m a sucker for The Page Hamilton Variety Show but those songs without Stanier at the kit… not Helmet.

I say that as someone that’s seen post Helmet, Helmet about 6 times. In the early 00 in London that usually meant a night out with Hamilton.

I went out to a dinner then drinks with Page after a Size Matters tour and tried to get something out of him on the breakup. No dice. It was money in the end. Tempesta‘s drumming on that album and tour worked. But Helmet isn’t Helmet without the original lineup in my opinion. Which is worthless because it’s Page’s damn band and he can do whatever he likes. I still show up for shits and giggles.
