So many shows here, it's about time we had a thread devoted to those. What prompted me to start this however is
Acetone June 12 & 13 @ Gold Diggers in East Hollywood. I unfortunately cannot be there, but fuckinghell I wish I could. I've seen them twice (both without Ricchie Lee, sadly) and they were great. If you've never been to Gold Diggers, you should. Boutique Hotel, recording studio (not sure if they record to tape...), music venue with an excellent bar. The sound is phenomenal, the really did it right. And the staff is all wonderful.
What else you got?

I will be in LA at the end of the month, the 26th through the 2nd so I'm on the lookout here for any local intel....
I'm out of the country for a couple weeks so haven't really been looking...but I get emails from all of the above and get most of my information from those...

The Mekons are doing an afternoon show at Gold-Diggers this Sunday, Oct 12, 2pm. Grandpa show. I can still make it to dinner by 4!
