Anyone that does not like pickles is a person that should not be trusted, period.

These are the best pickles ever made and it's not even close. Oh, I know the market!

My favorites are sweet gherkins and half sour dills

I’m ok with eating a slice of pickle, but you won’t see me gnawing on a whole pickle. Too much.

I had a friend in jr hi who was way into pickles. He wore braces and always had bits of pickle stuck to them. I still can’t eat a pickle without thinking of that disgusting sight.

Pickles are great. My little sister will buy those giant jars of pickles just to drink the juice. Like a pint of pickle juice in a cup. Fucking animal! Her kidneys are gonna be fucked.

New pickles for me, so they still have some snap left and a pleasant saltiness.

Do the spicy Korean-style pickles used in oi muchim count? Actually all Korean pickles kinda rule.

Cornichons are a nice foil for pâtè.

Absolutely hate those sweet bread-and-butter pickles and don't much like the way-to-soggy, way-too-brined, way-too-much-dill deli-style ones either.

If we're not limiting this to cucumbers, Ukrainian-style pickled whole tomatoes (green or red) are pretty special.

I find pickles disgusting. Absolutely gross. My daughter however eats tons of them. Probably 4 or 5 jars in our fridge right now.

Dill pickles (cucumbers) are okay. Slices on a pulled pork sandwich can be great.

Pickling other vegetables, though? NOT CRAP

I’m on the pickle fence - they’re fine, but I don’t seek them out. Might be cause I’m pretty cheese ambivalent - the pickle love match partner, as I understand it

Kimchi on the other hand - hell yeah!

Why stop at vegetables? I love finishing a jar of pickles because then I put a few hardboiled ova in the brine and make pickled eggs.

Pickled pig's feet can trot the fuck on though
