thoughts?
i can't believe the baby bulls are up 2 against washington. the wizards don't play defense worth a damn but still, the bulls are missing two of their best players. and all of their good players are sooo young.
i think denver will upset the spurs. duncan just doesn't look right healthwise.
i see phoenix in the finals against the heat.
i think.
the pistons are looking a lot like they did last year at this time.

I am going to say Detroit vs. San Antonio in the finals. San Antonio brutalized the Nuggets last night, I can't see an upset there...it might go 6 or 7 but the Spurs will prevail. Hoping the Pistons can beat the Heat... if the Heat can get past Heinrich and Co.
In the words of Neil Funk and Bill Wennington- "Oh My!"

if the bulls beat the wizards, they'll get swept by the heat.
i don't know what was up with the nuggets last game but tim
duncan can't jump.
i think the heat vs. the suns would be an amazing series to watch.
the suns play the most entertaining basketball that i've seen in years.

More entertaining than the '95-96 Clippers? I doubt that very much.

Heat vs. Rockets in the finals. And the Bulls are just a joy to watch, all heart and no ego. I've been watching them all year and still don't know how they win. 10-man rotation, no matchup advantages, tough defense- they're great for basketball right now.

i agree about the bulls. i also think the suns, sonics and wizards were great for basketball this year. it’s nice to see more teams going to motion style offenses. the basis of the phoenix offensive plan is that their coach insists that the ball is shot with 8 seconds of gaining possession, be it from a make, miss or inbounds. jail break basketball.
tmac i really can’t stand but he is really suprising me so far in the playoffs in regards to how he is leading his team. i don’t see the rockets getting out of the west though.

Don't be fooled by the media hype, the Nuggets have had a soft schedule in the second half of the season, Game one vs. the Spurs was more a fluke with the Spurs missing 17 consecutive shots in the 4th quarter, yet only losing by 6 points. I don't think the series is quite over, but I wouldn't be surprised in the Spurs take the next three games in a row. Duncan was a monster last night.
East
Heat over the Bulls
Pistons over the Pacers
Pistons over the Heat? This is a tough call, could go either way, but I'll go with the Pistons experience.
West
Spurs over the Sonics
Rockets over the Suns
Spurs over the Rockets
Spurs over the Pistons

I think it will be Detroit-San Antonio in the finals.
Assuming Duncan doesn't miss any games.
I predict the Bulls will steal one from Miami.

what happened to the bulls yesterday!?!?!?
ben jordan/gordan hardly even played.
i'm worried about them now.
not that it matters since whoever wins has
to play miami next.
