I need some new spring clothes. What thrift stores have people enjoyed shopping at in this fine town?

Village Discount Outlet's usually have good stuff, there are numerous ones throughout the city. Salvation Army, of course. This place on Chicago "Amercian Thrift Store" is cool. Ragstock, as much as it sucks, usually also has some good deals.

I've been to a few of the Salvation Army's, oh and Brown Elephant, too. Thanks for the tip about the place on Chicago. I'll definitely check it out. I've heard that it's better to go thrifting on the south side because the stores aren't as 'picked over' -- anybody else hear this?

No way John! You and I wear about the same size. No way am I telling you where I find my shirts and nicely worked in cords!

My girlfriend swears by the Salvation Army over there on Clybourn by Ashland. She says they do their collecting there and so they always seem to have the choice shit.
Brown Elephant tends to have some nice stuff but they are a ripoff.

There's a great thrift store on Roscoe, about two blocks west of Damen. They have a ton of cool eclectic wares. I'm wearing my all-time favorite shirt today, which I bought there for $3 a few years ago.

It's a black button-up short sleeve bowling shirt, with white buttons and red and white trim. Above the pocket on my chest is a hand-stitched name in cursive.
What's the name?

Metallica.

I'm no Metallica fan by any stretch, but oh how I love this find so. I do believe that when it comes time to retire this shirt for good, I most-likely will have it mounted and framed like a sports jersey, and hang it in my wreck-room.

I forget the name of the place but you can't miss it.

I'm prettury sure 6-4-3 is talking about a Village Discount Outlet. Is it on the South side of Roscoe?
