just heard an album from a band called "rome for a day," from detroit. found a review on adequacy.Net but not much else about them. anyone know anything-damnit.
recorded by bob and mixed by bill skibbe. pretty massive and outta control. has any one even heard this yet?

I saw these fellas in Kalamazoo this last summer (August), playing with Bear Vs. Shark, and Rome for a Day was really great. They didn't have an album with them, though.

Live, they're pretty darn good.

haven't seen them yet, just found out one of my friends from MI saw em' once last year, said they were ok, new-ish sounding. Then he saw them again last month (or something) said they were, his words "awesome & loud-as-hell ferocious". two vocals, crazy drumming and a fat-bass.
the album is great, burned copy though. haven't seen em anywhere in NY yet.
