I have listen this album and I have seen on the credits that was made in only 3 or 4 days so I am curious to know if it was a multitrack session or live directly to 1/4" 2 tracks
Thank you
Ciao ciao

It sounds multi-track, but for the answer you will have to ask Bob Weston:
bweston@ripco.com - someone else might know.
great album too. do you have it with the lions heads on the cover?
(i do.)

...ahh, when it first game out, just above the lines on the right side was this color pencil drawing of the 12 headed lion of judaea or some such like that. As far as I know, they took it from a Jehovah's Witness catalog that they obtained, and even though they gave credit to the artist, they never actually obtained permission (probably with the thought that no Jehovah's Witnesses were going to buy the album or some such.) Anyway, they were either sued/threatened with a lawsuit and had to remove the illustration from the album cover.
The funny thing here is that a guy I know, who did collect records, and comes from a Jehovah's Witness family, used to swear up and down that it was his mom that first reported the alleged theft of the illustration to her church, after noticing the record in his room and recalling the picture from watchtower (or whatever that magazine is called)
...of course, this may be all a bunch of hockey puckey or whatever, but who knows...
...anyway, so that's why early versions of the album and CD have the lions head on the cover, and later versions don't. Unfortunately this hasn't caused the price of originals to skyrocket so that I can sell it on ebay and make a fortune and retire. . . (my original copy of 'Sister' has only marginally increased in value as well...)
...it's a long term investment...
