Just wondering if anyone could tell me of any shows between July 12th-August 10th, or failing that, provide me with a resource where I can find out?

I will be in London, Ireland, Scotland-but am willing to travel further for a potential amazing show.

Any sort of shows (indie, underground hip hop, rock blah)

You can see plenty of good gigs in Scotland. Glasgow has a great music scene (I'm not just saying that because I stay there). It is great for all variations of Rock music. I would look out for Fickle Public who are great noise/emo/mental rock band touring the U.K during the summer. Go to King Tut's Wah Wah Hut for a gig - it is essential.

Edinburgh does have some music scene, although I would personally say its greatest strength is its Hiphop. I'd consider seeing Skinnyman if he plays or DJ Format + MC Abdominal.

The Pixies are playing in Edinburgh sometime around then if that's you cup of tea.
