What are your reactions to Dave Pajo's new album, "Pajo". I think he has fucked up with this one, putting out flawed laptop demos rather than going ahead and properly recording the thing. I like my lo-fi as much as the next guy but I think Pajo should be above it at this stage of the game.

going ahead
that's where you are wrong! This is his strongest album to date, maybe even ever. He brings a very sexy demeanor to this album. "Clocktowers in Tehran" and "Formidable Douglas" are either his strongest songs since "This is not a Rash(this time)" or his weakest. Or both. Either way, the question at the end of the day is "would I have Pajo's baby?'. The answer, my friends, is hell yeah.

My apologies, windowlicker. I shouldn't chastise babies for making valid criticism against their fathers work. i stand not in your way.

When it comes to DP, even "flawed laptop demos" are far ahead of anyone elses game. It's kind of like that sex vs. pizza thing. Not to say the new Pajo's bad, it's far from bad, but if it were it'd still be pretty good.

Tar Baby, let's take this back to home turf. *pssst* Flipper is a fridge-killing sociopath, haven't you heard?
