Tindersticks?

A very easy NOT CRAP. Tindersticks are a great, great band.

Such beautiful suits!

One of my girlfriend's favourite bands, I got a copy of Marbles for my 21st birthday years and years ago. We both hail from somewhere not far from Nottingham (their home town) too so there's a sort of built-in nostalgic significance.

Much as I love their later depressed Al Green sound I think the first album is really terrific. Isn't Stuart releasing some kind of solo album?

I've been loving a band called Cousteau lately that reminds me of a more pop version of them.

I was born in the City Hospital and lived for the first 9 years of my life in Sherwood, Hyson Green and Bullwell. Where abouts did you and your girlfriend come from?
