My friend works at a cheesemongers and has introduced me to some wonderful cheese recently. This morning I have been eating Doddington cheese. It's kind of somewhere inbetween a Cheddar and a Leicester and has a nice crunchiness. It is delicious.
Cheese. Not Crap!

I am lactose intolerant, but that will not stop me from enjoying a large brick of pepperjack.
