What happened to that one Mouse album?

I was playing my Mouse 7" - Caesar Salad b/w Emmett the other day for a friend and I remember talk of an entire Mouse album that had been recorded and never released. I think Steve recorded it.
Did it ever get released?
Does anyone remember Mouse? I know Mac MacNeilly's wife Jenny was the singer, but that's about all I know.
