Very not crap. I just got back from helping my older brother move all his stuff from one side of the country to the other, and barring some very scary moments (particularly a nasty accident and a cat with a major compulsion to hop on the gear shift), I've seen some things, like Death Valley and Yosemite, that have literally made my jaw drop.

B- "I've never been to St. Louis."

6:30 am - A- "Okay, so we're in St. Louis. There's the arch. It sure is big. Now what?"
B- "I'm hungry, lets go home."

1:00 pm - B- "I'm fucking bored."
A- "I've never been to Hilton Head."

ETC.

Big waffle considering gas prices these days.

Tell me about it. We had a small moving truck (well, two small trucks) with the worst mileage. We would fill it three or four times a day, and when we totalled it up, holy shit.

There once was a time i used to enjoy getting in the car and driving to anywhere. didn't matter it was always fun.
Then something happened after i stopped smoking pot 2002. I became severely paranoid of the freeway. Not really a fear of crashing just a general anxiety that i have been battling for the last couple of years.
It sucks rank donkey dicks as i have no insurance to go to the head checker person and find out just what the hell my problem is. aside from being a pansy that can't drive on the highway.


Not crap- Road Trips
CRap - My anxiety that prevents me from enjoying them.

My freshman year of college I went on a massive road trip...

Me: What are you doing for spring break?
Friend: Nothing. What are you doing?
Me: Nothing... Let's go to California.

...and we hopped in an '87 Nissan 300ZX and went from NJ to LA and back in 9 days.
