My love for Tar is pretty much endless. Saw them at the Metro in Chi in the fall of '92 playing before Jesus Lizard. Dirt opened the show. Tar sounded amazing, I'll never forget it so long as I live. Al's the only non-tar vocalist on a tar record, and as of right now, that seems like high praise. I would add that Al was the vocal highliight of that album, too, also.
