i am sure someone in this forum will post a more profound answer to this - but the basic problem are the passive switches that moreley employs. you need faster (and (or?)) active switches to avoid that problem. and, yeah, that means buying a more expensive switch.

so, that's what i know.

on the other hand i found out that the radial switchbones are a/b's that have phase selection, should you ever need one of those...

i got a fender bassman 100 head recently and after much adding and removing of effects i still can't decide whether i like the "bass" or "normal" channel best.

i haven't booked any american bands in germany yet but as far as i know you may end up paying some sort of tax as a foreign band. you may want to check on that (and chances of avoiding it) first.
apart from that there are some pretty good clubs here in cologne. gebäude 9 is one of the larger ones ...

no, seriously, the german word vor violence is "gewalt" so it may actually be derived from there.

but still i'd argue that a great feat for any drummer would be to be an entertaining virtuoso who's neat to watch but who nonetheless manages to make all this useful for the actual songs, not merely showing off.
(i guess weasel walter would be my example of choice...)
