I caught a live performance on TV the other day. It was an hour of the shit! I can't understand why people keep insisting this band rules! It was like watching Queen or something...but weaker! I hate that guy as much as cris cornell easy.

Hands down, it's a techno-punk (yeah, techno-punk) band from NYC called 'The Skabs'. we had the misfortune of playing with them in both Tulsa and New Orleans on a tour.

Also, no offense to the many Chicago residents of this board, but Hi Fi and The Roadburners has to be up there on my bad live bands list as well.

recently for me it was "beauty pill". just terrible slow boring out of tune emo crap. sad sad sad attempts to harmonize and just long limp and flat sound songs
and no stage presence to boot. if i hadn't bought a beer i would have fled in horror. then q not u came out and stunk up the place too with thier umteenth lineup change.

also sonic youth in norman, okla in the eighties. kim gordon kept have to leave the stage to throw up and some 350 lb guy with robert smith hair stood in front of me.

i'm surprised that nobody has mentioned this. hasn't anyone seen a basement band playing their first show. that's always really bad. it can only get worse when the band loses all hope of playing original tunes and goes to performing covers of early 90s "punk rock" songs.

We (Imipolex G) played with them in Memphis on our last tour, and they were A)great and B) really nice. Gave us $20 from their personal fund, unsolicited.
