I saw the documentary
The Fearless Freaks a few weeks ago and it brought up all of these fantastic feelings and emotions that I used to get back in their noisier period. I get the same sort of rush listening to Six Finger Satellite's "Save the Last Dance For Larry" as I do listening to "God Walks Among Us Now."
Like I said before, I still think they have a while to go before they're creatively bankrupt. I was just interested in reading some informed opinions on what the lot of you folk think about the Flaming Lips. We all love noise and for a good while the Lips excelled at creating a joyous racket.
