I hope you're kidding. That stuff is toxic. If everyone who had 1-2 liters of that stuff to get rid of took that approach then we'd have mutant sewer critters attacking from below!

Most any city has resources for places you can go to dispose of hazardous materials (oil, paint, anti-freeze, plutonium, etc.).

Please do not pour this shit down the sewer... that's incredibly irresponsible and extremely harmful to the environment....

There are plenty of disposal sites for this kind of toxic material; they can easily be identified by the unusual structures and shorter-than-average workforce.
