I was thinking of emailing them to say that their computer had been tracked and that they were going to be taken to court, but I can't really be arsed.

7That's so weird, I was watching a Neotek console and it dissappeared. That must have been it. I thought, man, that's weird, a $30K (?) console with no reserve! It's cool that you guys are onto him and were able to save others from being ripped off.
There is some other "fraud" going on with ebay, but it is difficult to prove. Acoustic foam by "foam by mail" aka "foam factory". The NRCs that they claim are totally false. I visited their facility in Sterling Heights and nobody knew jack dick about their products. They basically copied the test measurements from Auralex (who actually publish who they contracted out to test the foam wheras foam by mail does not) and changed the numbers slightly.

It's easy to spot them because they stupidly refer to all their products as "Sound Proofing" foam.
Elliot Winer paid to have the foam by mail products tested for comparison to his own RealTraps bass traps. You can see in the below link the data associated with foam by mail ("FBM").
