After thinking a while I have come to the conclusion to sell my Travis Bean TB500. Or at least, I will if the price is right.

Its serial number 214, off white, original condition, correct design and period case etc etc.

Make me a realistic offer or suggest some kind of trade/partial trade. I am very keen on Telecaster Deluxes. And money.

I did not know this site existed, and I am glad. Since I gave up doing the Bean "registry" several years ago (and I think this person copped a lot of my work anyway) I am glad someone else has undertaken the challenge.

1000 and Bass already sold I am afraid. Bass has since been smashed by new owner and 1000 owned by a ska band in London.

why in the fuck would you smash a tb bass? what a cockhead. if only i hadnt spent all my savings on university this year, and gotten a student loan out instead i could actually buy your guitar. some things make you want to cry tears. this is one of them. however do you like any of these:

1973 hiwatt dr103 (harry joyce wired)
1984 ovation ultra gp
90's rickenbacker 620/12
kramer 350g (im not suggesting this is in any way an equal swap for a 500 but you can have it for real cheap as i have no money).

i also have an extremely hacked up (not by me) 1000a and 73 tele deluxe but i cant sell that as i scaffolded for two years to afford it and it was the first guitar i got with my money. im also going to see if i can get a big fat tax rebate.

i'd just like to add on Chris' behalf that his TB500 is completely original - out of the handful of TB500s i've seen, all of them apart from Chris' have been modified or generally fucked with in some way.

500s are rare anyway, but one in this condition even rarer!

I'd do it for the Hiwatt and the GP together!

Or the 73 Deluxe and the Hiwatt....
