"It Is It Critical Band" ( I know there's some weird parentheses in the title, but that's close ) is, to me, one of the five best records by any chicago band ever- and yes, I am counting Wilco. Recorded by Greg Norman.

Everything after Critical Band has too much keys and all the spazzed out shit of early 90 Day Men is totally gone, so I don't like much of it- it's not bad, but it suffers in comparison to Critical Band.

rob isn't in tv on the radio. he still lives in chicago and is making strange and beautiful solo vocal music.

those guys are some good dudes.

But it seems like they've done the right thing and split while still a good and respected band.

Too bad , I loved them . 'Hey Citronella' is one fantastic song , I also liked '(It is It) Critical Band'.

they were pretty bad live. at least in the past, oh...four years. every song was played at about half speed and they stopped playing all of the old stuff.

and the new stuff was pretty bad.

that first ep is fantastic, as are part of critical band.
