Send an email to this address:

band@idealcleaners.com

...and I'll give you the names and contact info for the 2 venues in Lincoln, Ne that will be available on a Tuesday night. My band may be doing some out of town shows that week, but if not, we'd most likely be happy to play a show with you. At the very least, I can try and hook you up with some like minded bands.

yet another tour that skips St Louis.......
-sigh-

Book it and we will come.

OK, then we're all set:

6/31 St. Louis, MO

But seriously, I echo the sentiment of buzzsaw, but don't necessarily blame anybody... it does just almost always seem to work out that way - bands must a) really dislike St. Louis, b) have misconceptions about St. Louis, or c) just simply forget that it's here... or maybe d) all the club owners/promoters here suck ass? I dunno...

I don't have any 'connections', but this might help next time you book a tour if you're toying with the idea of St. Louis:

http://www.stlpunk.com/venues.asp

Places I would recommend based on my personal experience (of attending shows, not playing) might include:

- Creepy Crawl (currently relocating though... not sure what the status is on that)
- hi-pointe
- Lemmon's
- The Way Out Club
- Three-1-Three (Belleville, IL)
- VFW in either Fairview Heights, IL or Collinsville, IL

Places I haven't been yet, but they sound like they might be OK to play:

- Radio Cherokee

So - there's that, if it would be of any help to anyone in the future...

We bugged the Creepy Crawl like mad to book us on our way out west last year and were summarily ignored. Same with the Hi-Dive, where we did play last year January after So Many Dynamos set it up. Shrug.
