I prefer Alien, a horror film. Aliens bored me like so many action movies.

Anyone voting crap is mostly making a mistake. Mostly.

Not Crap action movie. This movie is probably a lot less ridiculous than action movies - I'm talking about the idiotic mistakes that characters in other action movies apparently make (thus precipitating "action").

Obviously, the Marines were outclassed from the start, and obviously, they did not know this. I maintain that the actors gave a very accurate description of how such a situation may have unfolded (minor waffles for Ripley's superheroism?)

Bah. A great action film that was more interesting to me when I was smaller, I appreciate Alien much more than I used to.

Alien is great sci-fi masterpiece.

I think it's just hard for people to accept that a grueling yet entertaining action movie can be better than its more self-consciously artful and slow-moving predecessor.

Though there are many things that I love about the original, Aliens is the better film.

I'd have no issue with accepting that if it were the case.

Does anyone know a song about this movie. It was fast catchy, and heavy with the beat and vocals. Something like "Ripley blah blah gonna get it on, and Hudson blah blah gonna get it on"
