Hi Everyone. We've got some minor structural repairs that we need to have done to the exterior of our building. I'll be doing all of the work myself, but one of the things we need to do requires an architect or structural engineer to draw some blueprints and sign and seal them. They will then be presented to the Chicago Dept. of Construction and Permits to be approved before the work is done. We're having a hard time finding someone and figured one of you fine folks might be able to help. We're not looking for a handout, just someone competent and fair.
