2I whole heartedly agree. Great band. Just found Jeopardy amongst some of their other stuff for $2.90 at a used record shop the other day.
I hear Second Layer (one of Borland's other projects from then) is quite good.

5Love them. I'm not much of a U2 fan, but I recognize that the Edge owes these guys and the Comsats a lot.

not crap. moody, bipolar and intense music. bleak, happy, hopeful and despondent on every album.
this band has many many satisfying songs on their first three albums. i wouldn't call them genius by a long shot, but they had restraint, simplicity and starkness. since the U2 comparison gets thrown around a bunch, i'll state for the record they are far better than U2 was (even at U2's best).
the bass playing is great too.
