"Peep-Hole" by Guided By Voices is the perfect shower song, as far as I'm concerned.

Last Sun. I was at a friend's watching an NFL playoff game. For a couple of days after that I was singing that "This Is Our Country" Melloncamp song in the shower.

I used that raspy out-of-breath singing voice that you hear in U.S. Maple, Skip Spence's "Lawrence of Euphoria," some Dylan, etc.

Yesterday while showering I was singing "I Wish I Was A Mole In The Ground" by Bascom Lamarr Lunsford with no small enthusiasm. The echo allows me to believe that yes, I could indeed root that mountain down.

Actually, I'll sing along with nearly anything playing on the boombox in our bathroom. My wife finds this especially amusing to hear me bellowing when I'm playing something really stupid (like Nervous Norvus) or anti-social (like the Birthday Party).
