what would it take to get it free in canada?

i don't mind paying for it, as i do feel it is easily worth the five bucks, but when it is available for free to so many people one can't help but get a little jealous.

I had been waiting for it to be more easily available in the UK.

I've just signed up for the free subscription and feel a bit bad about it because I'd prefer to pay for it.
I had a payed subscription for three years but 80$ for 6 issues seems to be a bit expensive. I don't have a credit card and for some reason my paypal account never worked with tonevendor. I ended up having to pay additional fees at my bank for transferring money to the states, so the price per issue went up to about 15$.
Isn't there a way to buy the magazine here in Europe for a reasonable price?

Pet Fever Detector - To get the magazine free in Canada....hmmm I'm not sure, you would have to get someone in a 'free' country to post it on to you I guess.
