Not actually misheard, but moreso a confabulation & merger of a couple of James Bond theme songs sung by Shirley Bassey which I haven't heard in roughly 20 years that I occassionally find myself singing around the house:

I prefer to hear it as "puppy chew... in a minute".

Tutku is the one who alerted me to the existence of these fine lyrics in the first place... Although she was pretty sure it's "puppet shoe... in a minute" or something like that.
She played the actual song for me one time, and I'm pretty sure it's Puppy Chew. Perhaps a time-machine-type reference to the Italian Greyhound? Eh?
