Damn you, Popbitch!

Rod Poole, friend of Shake Appeal, the band that transmorgified into Swervedriver.

Close, but not in the band really.

But, what the h-ll? The people almost run him over, then when he complains, they stab him?

Absolutely mental.

I always assumed it was Peri or Rysie doing the 'funny'. Is it not?

I just spotted this post.

I have nothing to do with this guy Mr. Rabbit. Rysie doesn't either. I swear.

I didn't think it was you. You're not funny in ANY way. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that your posts make me weep (out of the browner).

That's kind of what I've been going for all along.

So, mission accomplished I guess.

an excellent pop band. strong melodies, nice chord structures, genius guitar textures.
one of the most underrated bands i can think of.

anyone heard Adam Franklin's rendition of Wolf Parade's "Shine a Light"?
i thought it was a crap song before hearing his version.
so Not Crap it hurts.

Okay kids...caught the reunion show at Metro last night...

kinda dissapointed but still not quite sure what I think.

There were a few moments, in a few songs, where they seemed plugged in to the moment.

Other times, they just kinda came off like a bored, sloppy jam band.

Songs good, sure. Adam Franklin still has a great voice that cuts through everything live.

Still...fuck, man...

Life ans Times were good though.
You call me a hater like that's a bad thing
