Steve Albini will appear at The Second City That Never Sleeps: Letters to Santa, a 24-hour music and comedy benefit. It runs from 7pm Dec. 4 to 7pm Dec. 5 at The Second City ETC, 1608 N. Wells St., Chicago.

Proceeds will provide holiday gifts for underprivileged kids. Other performers will include Jeff Tweedy, Kim and Kelley Deal, Will Oldham, Robbie Fulks, and the comedians and monologuists of Second City.
