Jane's had some great moments on record. I never saw them live. These days I put the Deconstruction disc in more often than Nothing Shocking or Ritual. In "L.A. Song" on that record is the phrase "Game show straight to video." I lived in Los Angeles for fifteen years until age 21, and I tell you that is right on the fucking money.

I hate that guy.

Perry Farrell's voice is angelic compared to the nonstop stream of FONKAYNUAGE bullshit that flows out of Anthony Kiedis's gaping moron trap.

Look at this crap: "and all you nitty gritty hicks, we'll make your nipples ripple, make you wanna dip your dipple, make you wanna soak your hickory stick, because my man has a grip on it! and I do mean on it!"

This is actually from a Red Hot Chili Peppers song.

The fact that someone actually spewed this and released it is somewhat incredible to me.

Please don't bring Robert "Screech McFruitypants" Plant into their company again, because I love him.
Life...life...I know it's got its ups and downs.

"mountain song"?

i'm listening to this band right now...so 90's. ew. early 90's. not necessarily made then, but what it wound up sounding like. ew. like mall music or something. early 90's mall music. "mountain song" is so bad. god, this is truly fucking awful.

"been caught stealing" is far more bearable.

"ain't no right" is ok. i guess.

i wonder how good this band would be if it didn't have perry farrell and dave navarro in it. probably a lot better.

perkins and avery are pretty awesome at what they do. those other two? no.
buy my guitar. now with pictures!
