Hello,
just now I tried to connect a condenser mic through a passive splitter (it has a transformer inside) and phantom from the mixers does'nt go in. Tried with both mixers, nothing happens. I measured the voltage at the splitter with a tester and there is nothing between ground and hot or ground and cold...what is this???
Bypassing the splitter all is OK.
Any suggestion?

Most splitters have a direct connection and an isolated one. If you don't have a direct connection then you can use a y cord splitter for that one mic. Connect one split to the mixer that supplies phantom power and the other side to the iso splitter input.
