I don't doubt this since I haven't really given the song much thought since hearing it last (like ten or fifteen years ago)

Sorry. Actually it is the American Hardcore documentary, directed by Steven Blush...I believe that is his name. There's a C/NC on here about it somewhere.

Easy. Bad Brains. There was/is nothing like it. First exposure was "Let Them Eat Jellybeans", 'Pay to Cum'. Second was 'How Low Can a Punk Get?' off of "Rat Music for Rat People". Blistering. Going from that to a mellow reggae tune and back gave them dynamics that MT didn't have.

I lived in Detroit in the early 80's, had Negative Approach, so we didn't need any Minor Threat.
