Norm was the funniest person on SNL, in whichever cast he was in, at whatever time. He's as funny as Kaufman and Murphy and Belushi.
Colin is flat out funny. He's also an extremely talented writer. His one man show was as good, if not better, then Freak by Leguizamo.

I saw some of Leguizamo's schtick on cable TV last year and the only gags were coming from my side of the screen.
Colin Quinn is probably funnier than Leguizamo, but so is the notion of every baby in a maternity ward drowning in a pool of camel diarrhea.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that John Leguizamo sucks.
As for Colin Quinn, I saw him doing standup once and was unimpressed.
