You son of a bitch.

How are you so sure I was talking about you?

Now you've blown your cover :)

I'm sorry... no disrespect.

maybe you were just fatigued from licking envelopes or working with M. Tent.

So funny to blow the covers! So funny!

Seriously, though. This is one of several personality/character traits which I, unfortunately, did not correct until relatively late in life. This can be blamed on anything from consuming too much bleached flour or just being a complete douche up until turning thirty.

It is good to know, however, that I have corrected at least one of these flaws!

Ok, back to the self-improvement tapes...

Limp handshakers, (other than Rober thefamilyghost and Newcopcar) speak up! Some of you have to be here.

I agree that too hard hand shake is still miles better than a limp one. I truly don't get why men do that. It puts me off, to a small degree, but it does.

I also stand up when I'm shaking hands with someone, unless that would be too much of a hassle because of people sitting closely next to me, not having a place do do it or being really, really tired (like: just did 80 miles on a bike tired). But in 9 cases out of 10, I'll move my ass up.

I also feel awkward shaking hands with women. I truly think kissing women's hand is a far more appropriate, but of course that would be awkward in modern society (unless on a date. Then, it is great). But they do it on old movies and it seems just right.
