22got a 67/8 SG with p90s it was in pieces, and in need of repair... hole in it. some one tried to put a floyd rose or strat style bridge on it. had a fellow wood worker repair it, and reinstalled the original bigsby. kind of a frankenstein but kicks ass.. $200

27I just got a '63 Epiphone Pathfinder for $360.
The filter caps were blown when I got it. Took it to Deltronics, $190 later it was fixed. The Seller refunded $190 to my Pay Pal.
The amp is in near mint cosmetic condition and has the most fucked up sounding reverb I have ever heard.
You can turn down the volume and turn up the reverb and get an all wet guitar sound.
Best amp.

Silverface Twin for Blackface Deluxe
Put my Silverface Twin with mis-matched speakers up, and a guy emailed then came by with his beautiful 1964 Deluxe reverb and $100 and said he would trade because he needed a bigger amp. It was several years before I realized how good of a trade I got. (and $100 cash!)
$200 Matchless Lightning
In the short-lived market of local online auctions, I bought a mid-90's Matchless Lightning 15 and a Matchless Vibratto pedal for $500.
I sold the Vibratto pedal on eBay for $300 the next week, and kept the Lightning.

At a swap meet, some guy was literally sitting on a brownface Princeton. I asked if it was for sale, or just his chair, and he said "it's got no tubes - how about $30?" 2 years later, I traded it for a Blonde Bandmaster and cabinet.
