mp4 according to iTunes. I could certainly shrink that by at least half with minimal loss in sound quality, I just have to 'buy' the right software.

That service is free, it can take whole files up to 1GB in size, and its download speeds are faster than any other file hosting service I've ever used. I typically get transfer rates in the range of 500 - 1500 KB/s via a cable Internet connection.

If you do that, anybody can download it and watch it in their own viewer of choice (as long as they don't mind seeing a small popup ad for online dating services).

When I tried to play this in any player other than Quicktime the sounds all screwed. Use Quicktime
