I'm not a very big fan of them, but that little bass part on "She's So Heavy" by the Beatles is pretty great.

"Wait a Minute" by The Wipers has a good bassline.

Also,

"Blood on the Moon" by Chrome; It's a simple chromatic sequence, but the time signature and the hypnotic repetition form the foundation of the song.
