This was an ok but unnecessary film.

I liked it. Stallone did a good job of basically channelling the Rocky from the first movie, and I also liked the relationship with the woman from his youth. Red Belt did the climactic "let's-get-it-on-this-ain't-about-the-business" fight better though.
