I keep thinking I'm going to go to one of these things. So far, I blew off the 10th, Last summer, there was a 25th. That seemed spaced too closely to the 20th, which I also blew off. So I didn't go.

I went to my 10th a month ago. I had a blast. I saw some people I lost touch with years ago that I actually wanted to see (not as many as I'd hoped though) and had a great time all around. Then a couple of friends and I got really really really drunk and wandered around town, just like small times.

My 10th would have been two years ago, but I wasn't told about it if it happened. I wouldn't have gone anyway.

For the most part, I'm still in touch with everyone I care about from highschool, and the reunion would probably be humiliating for me.

my 25th was last weekend. I wanted to go but I could not get away from work.

I went to the 5th, then lost touch with everybody. I am still in close contact with a friend from HS who did go to the 25th (he's the one that told me about it.) He had a good time, but he said that all the real interesting people who he was curious about did not show up.

All those interesting people were mostly my friends, so I would have missed seeing them too.

I will try to do the 30th.

school reunions sucks. maybe because most of my classmates are morons.

My highschool is a pretty conservative rural school and I hated it completely. Didn't have many friends, didn't go to any school events or anything. I definitely will not be going back there any time soon.

my school shut down and i have no idea if there have been attempts to get together...

All of mine friends from when I was in high school weren't in high school; they were stoners and drop outs and graduates and working stiffs. The guys I hung out with in class I hung out with because they were the people available to hang out with until school let out and I could go smoke pot and play guitar all night. On the one hand, that was a waste, on the other hand it was gratifying to be treated like an adult with other adults for half a day everyday.
