I finished this guitar not too long ago. It sounds and plays great. It's been hanging around the shop and I've actually been playing it quite a bit. It has a few minor flaws which don't impact anything and it has been being played a lot so I can't sell it as new but it's in very good shape. The top is Spruce bought from Martin in the 1950s and the back and sides are Cuban Mahogany. I'm asking $1600.
