It's a total vanity thing, because of the family association, but I figure it's a fun project for my sons and I to work on over the long-term. Now I just need to get it shipped here from Arizona.

upgrading PC tower case to something quieter. New super quiet fans too. Replaced the fan in my board power supply with a Noctua shockmounted fan and now it is undetectable. When I work I sometimes have up to 3 computers in this tiny room on simultaneously and the fan noise was super getting on my nerves. The room gets mega hot too so I might buy one of those silent bladeless fans too.

Currently haggling with the seller for a black 1985 Tama Swingstar kit. Includes a double kick pedal, throne, all cymbals/stands. Cymbals are low or mid-grade, but I dig the Paiste 404 Heavy 14" hi-hats so I'll probably not upgrade those. Stands are all Tama from the mid 80s.

20" Med Paiste Ride Cymbal
16" Zildjian ZBT Crash Cymbal
14" Zildjian ZBT Crash Cymbal

They want $450, I am shooting for $350
