It is always hard to know exactly what a neck will feel like until you get the fingerboard on, and in many cases the fingerboard gets attached before the neck shaping happens for that very reason. Not possible in this case. But I am pleased. It is a thick C, like maybe a 70's fender.
Hot damn! So rad, Chris. Super inspiring!!

Had a light day at the shop- so was able to build a nut, attach everything and get this almost ready for wiring and setup- Maybe tomorrow night? Happy with this generally- definitely have refinements to make.

came in at 8lbs 12 oz. But it is a very thick neck profile- so that can come down considerably. Also- tested with a slippery vinyl backed strap...no neck dive!!!!

Yes- PT is for prototype- and will append letters as I go through further iterations. Next step is a purpose-build body, from some birch and walnut I have laying around. will likely refine the neck shape when I do that. Seriously considering the Peavey Patriot as an inspiration for the body shape- what say you all?
