Probably scar tissue from a lifetime of bronchitis is the running guess. Have spent the last year having multiple blood tests, CTs, massive courses of ABs, you name it. If they cut this fucking thing out and I get picture of it, I'll post it here.
NOT cancer. Biopsy results all clear. Thank fuck
Really, really glad to hear that.

This has not been my week for shows.
Have you considered trying to see any good bands? Might have better luck
Escape Rope / Black Mesa / Inflatable Sex Babies

Har har. I half-expected a comment like this on here.
"Whatever happened to that album?"
"I broke it, remember? I threw it against the wall and it like, shattered."

While buying guitar strings today I overheard a conversation between two rock shop employees. One of the guys mentioned Dolly Parton turning down her Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction because she has never made a Rock record. He claimed that a well regarded recording engineer had responded by making an offer to work with her on a new record. Maybe I live under a rock and this thing is common knowledge around here but it certainly caught my attention.

Edit: I’ll play bass on it. I’m as good as anyone, I swear. I’ll do a real fine job.

My gf and I rented a very nice (and expensive) lake house at one of the highland lakes West of Austin. It’s lovely, but the rednecks in powerboats and jet skis are making it tough to completely enjoy. I expect it will get worse as the weekend progresses. Lots of awful country music being blared at top volume too. It’s basically hair metal with a twang. Butt country. Sugar country. Much closer to Def Leppard than Merle Haggard.

Belligerence is a virtue out here in rural Texas.
