106Not a Chicago show, but kinda related! I got to see Andy Cohen (Silkworm/Bottomless Pit) in a friend's living room in Boston the other night. I hadn't seen him since the last Boston Silkworm show at Great Scott 2004ish. Still an incredible musician and songwriter. I felt like I was getting away with a crime or something getting to see him play with like 18 other people. Tremendous talent. Chris Brokaw played too, another fucking musical giant.

107I was considering getting tickets (to the Chicago show) but could not justify the cost. Nosebleed seats at the United Center are the absolute worst possible way to see a concert and they were still like $75/each. It would be like $200/ea for "good" seats. Plus TM surcharge bullshit, parking, babysitter...I was like maybe we can just take a vacation instead for that much money.
