That seems to be the way though.

He's amazing in "Black Books". Give it a go if you haven't already.

He's got an album on Mercury called "feeling Kinda Patton" and Chunklet put out a double cd called "222" which is the unabridged version of "Feeling kinda patton."

Seriously, motherfucker's a pants pisser.

The part about how Bush should Dr. No it up is great. Vagina Fantastic!

My vote goes to Bill Cosby; he's been making me shit my pants with laughter since it was socially acceptable for me to do so.

Robin Williams is sort of a close second, but he's more on the genius level-- like so-funny-its-almost-not-funny. But definitely genius.

Dane Cook... i don't get it. hopefully this doesn't sound too assholish, but i just can't understand why he's funny. but i have yet to meet someone else who shares my sentiment. anyone... anyone?
if i got lasik surgery on one eye, i could wear a monacle.

On Dylan Moran:

I loved that show, and I wish Comedy Central would show them again, because it was incredibly funny.

Besides the usual suspects mentioned here (Lewis Black, Pryor, Izzard) I have to praise Paul Mooney. He's been on Chappelle's Show a lot, and he was a writer for Richard Pryor back in the day. I'm not usually a fan of racially-based humor, but in his case, it's turned on its ear. Go see his standup act if you can.

I also have a weakness for Rich Vos. I can't explain why.

There was one other guy I thought was funny, but then I found out that he's one of Carrot Top's writers, and that was the end of him in my book.

I despise Carrot Top.

Carrot Top is amazing to me...he blows my mind and drops my jaw as i think "people find this funny"...he's great to heckle too...okay, easy...but, of course, once the family sitting behind you gets mad and you have to stop it becomes too painful to bear...i own Chairman of the Board...someone thought it was a good idea to make that movie, i do not disagree...

Whilst in college, much to my chagrin, I had to "deal with" Carrot Top.

It was a nightmare.

The story about what transpired the night he came to campus has been the bane of my existence ever since it happened, over *fifteen years ago*. People meet me, and say "Oh, so *you're* Jodi! Tell me the Carrot Top story!"

I tried to put an end to it by reading it at an open mic night, but that only fuelled the fire. I fear that it will be engraved on my tombstone or something: "She told the Carrot Top story"

My near-hatred for Carrot Top is strengthened with my disdain for prop comics in general. There are very few (Pee Wee Herman is one notable prop comic who rises above the fact that he's a prop comic) who can transcend the chronic unfunny that is prop comicry.

Don't even get me started on comedy magicians.
