So here are some of the channels I watch regularly with some seriously good videos linked:

Technology Connections - lovely dude going to perfectly adequate (for me) depth about whole bunch of random but (often old) tech-related subjects, everything is obviously well researched and BS free

Todd in the Shadows - 'Music critic', I guess. he has whole bunch of series and I don't watch all of it (not even close), but One Hit Wonderland (self explonatiory) and Trainwreckords (about albums which ended or were close to ending careers) are always a great watch. His style would be 100% at home on here, I still laugh when I think about him calling "Return of the Mack" "the 'We Are The Champions" of the breakup songs".

Hambini - full on internet troll who also is an aerodynamic expert who was fed-up with faults in various bottom brackets (bike bart) designs so he started to make his own ones as you do. I guess he can be too loud and obnoxious too many but I found him charming and he definitely brought knowledge (even if basic) about aerodynamics and various manufacturing processto the masses making it harder for the bike industry to sell it's crappy claims.

I love any long, slow videos that show a food cart person or restaurant person doing their routine.

Like some old fried rice purveyor in Tokyo who gets up at 5am to start chopping onions for the lunch rush, that kind of thing.
I could watch that all day.

I also dig the various "country cooking" type videos of the old lady in Uzbekistan (or someplace) where they're cooking traditional dishes outside.
Those can sometimes seem sort of overly staged, or fake, but they are fun to watch.

I love this guy too, this is like ASMR for guitar nerds or something.
I don't know where he finds those guitars (in a pond?) but it's damn satisfying to see them fixed.

I love watching his videos and thinking "yeah I can do this too" despite not having adequate space, tools or experience to do so. Also, mild cerebral palsy makes makes it so I have a life-long hand shake that makes doing very small motor-skill tasks a HUGE headache. I put a DIY eurorack mixer module together once and it was a MESS -- luckily it worked, but it wasn't pretty.
