I saw that when I first moved to America and it was almost my “new setup”
I almost bought that same amp (with that cab) so many times as, as you said, that’s a lot of amp for $500. I have no idea why not.

Sometimes I wonder what my life would’ve been like had it been mine. Probably better.

If you're in So Cal, 2x15 (I think) bassman cab for $300 in fullerton.
I've got one with square magnet CTS speakers and it's got a huge sound.

Somebody in SoCal needs to go pick up this SVT-III (non-pro). These are my favorite hybrid tube/ss amps, and you don't see them pop up very often anymore. Same preamp circuit as an SVT, but with a BJT output stage. I would have already smashed the buy button, but it's local pickup only. Looks like it needs a little bit of work to fix the mid frequency selector switch and a general cleaning.
